What you can expect working as a People and Change Consultant?

We are looking for People Change and Communications Consultants to join us who have varied experience across several key areas which we support organisations with, including:

  • Support and drive the HR workstream for change programmes.
  • Working with the communications work stream, ensuring there is a structured and robust communication plan and materials to support the change project.
  • Building a talent, learning, training, and performance strategy in order to build capability.
  • Developing an employee experience that supports an individual's journey with an organisation, ensuring that it has inclusion at its very heart.
  • You will implement colleague facing engagement, create engaging content and innovative communications and migration approaches to introduce users to the new capabilities and drive their adoption through bringing it to life.
  • You will have direct accountability for the change management plan and lead on all associated change and communications capability activities and deliverables.
  • Manage and coordinate all data / MI in respect of change programmes, including updating and tracking programmes for Workforce Change and Restructuring.
  • Monitoring progress against agreed parameters, identifying key risks, resolving issues and initiating timely corrective action.

What we are looking for from you

  • Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BSc).
  • You will have previous HR Change, PMO or Project Management experience.
  • Experience of managing, implementing, facilitation and monitoring change on transformation change projects
  • Ability to apply a logical, solution based and analytical approach to work.
  • Bring solid knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management and can advise on 'best practice approach' to business change.
  • You will have a track record of engaging with stakeholders and developing those relationships.
  • You will have the ability to engage not just on the what, but also on the why and how with the courage to challenge.
  • Excellent project planning skills and experience of using project management and planning tools such as MS-Project.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office and/or Google Workspace (formally GSuite), and able to demonstrate a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • If you have a professional qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, Scrum, this is great but not essential.
