*Peripatetic Nurse - Wales Region - Both Days & Nights (51k - 54k Including car allowance) *

*The Role: *

A Peripatetic Nurse is responsible for providing clinical practice to Care Homes in the region to meet the needs of the organisation.

As a Registered Nurse, the post holder will comply with standards of professional practice and conduct in line with regulatory requirements and to contribute to the achievement of the Hallmark Care Home vision; To be recognised as the leading provider of high-quality relationship centred care for all residents.

*You will: *
* Support the clinical and care teams as required across the seven homes within the South Wales Region.
* Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the residents' needs.
* Maintain relevant and up to date knowledge of the NMC Codes of Conduct.
* Ensure medication is ordered and administered in line with company policies and NMC guidelines.

* A registered nurse with a current NMC Pin, and a full clean driving license.
* Experienced in leading a team and delivering high quality relationship centered care.
