Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a compelling regulatory body to appoint their new Programme Manager (D&I, Engineering and Society). The role is offered as a part-time permanent position.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the post holder will play a pivotal role overseeing the programme of activities relating to key areas under Diversity and Inclusion and Engineering & Society (including climate change, Net Zero, ethics and sustainability). The successful candidate will provide reports on all relevant activity across the organisation and will manage policies & procedures. You will oversee communications to relevant areas and will undertake a secretarial function for relevant committees, panels and working groups. The new Programme Manager (D&I, Engineering and Society) will maintain and nurture key relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels, as well as enhancing our client's reputation as lead in the areas of D&I, engineering, ethics and sustainability.

We are looking for a well-organised professional with experience of spearheading D&I, ethics or sustainability projects/programmes and experience of working at committee and/or Board level. You will have an exposure to policy and research, including the critical analysis of complex data, as well as time management skills and exceptional capability of communicating with diverse audiences. To be successful, you will have the ability to develop, influence and maintain effective relationships internally and externally, together with a flair for dealing effectively and confidently with a range of stakeholders at senior level. Last but not least, you will have excellent IT skills (particularly MS Office) and drafting skills, particularly reports, minutes and agendas.
