The Role
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Transformation Office to support and successfully deliver the Royal British Legions strategic ambitions. Our change portfolio encompasses programmes across people, processes, technology, and culture.
Professionally qualified in project/programme management you will have experience of successfully delivering end to end programme management including defining resources, securing project teams and matrix management. You will be able to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative and be comfortable in working in a geographically dispersed matrix environment supporting several programme sponsors at any one time. In addition, you will possess excellent communication, problem solving and influencing skills and be confident liaising with Senior Leaders including Trustees.
The post holder will also contribute to building Programme Management and Change maturity across the organisation ensuring continuous improvement to maximise programme and project success.
