We are looking for seasoned *Clinical Project Managers* with strong CRO / Pharmaceutical background in the Therapeutic Areas of * Renal Dialysis * , Infectious Diseases and * Ophthalmology * .

* ABOUT THE JOB *
This is a remote, home-based job, to be based anywhere in Europe.
You will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing regional and/or global ph I-III full-service clinical trials from initial set up to final study report review. Accountable for project delivery with regards to agreed time, scope, cost and quality, this job rests in 4 main pillars:
* BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT *
You will have a pivotal role in proposal strategy, development, costing, and bid defense for assigned trials.
* FULL SERVICE OVERSEEING *
We will trust you to lead core project teams to ensure effective cross-functional teamwork, including both internal and external stakeholders:
* Initiating and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Proactively engaging in risk management activities to ensure key milestones and project deliverables are met according to both Labcorp and client requirements.
* KEY CLIENT CONTACT *
You willestablish working relationships with client teams which result in client satisfaction, operational excellence and thereby increase potential for repeat business.
You will serve as escalation point for project issues to client, internal and external stakeholders.
* BUDGET/ FINANCE *
As the final responsible to meet the financial performance targets for your studies, you will perform forecasting, revenue recognition, maintaining profit margins and to proactively identify out of scope activities and execute necessary work scope change orders.

Education/Qualifications:
* University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession (i.e. nursing, medical or laboratory technology) from an appropriately accredited institution.
* Extensive relevant clinical research experience including demonstrated skills and competency in clinical project management tasks.
Experience:
Minimum Required:
Extensive background (minimum 7 years) of relevant clinical research experience in the Global CRO / pharmaceutical environment, including at least 2 years of full Project Management responsibility.
On the Job Experience:
* Experience managing ph I-III clinical trials in Renal Dialysis , Infectious Diseases and Ophthalmology in a matrix and virtual environment
* Financial awareness and ability to actively utilize financial tracking systems
* Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs.
* Demonstrated ability to lead by example and to encourage team members to seek solutions independently
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to utilize resources effectively
* Demonstrated ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate staff within a matrix system
* Ability to present to staff at all levels
* Ability to negotiate and liaise with clients in a professional manner
