Project Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client has registered a great role for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a busy and rewarding role within a highly regarded research organisation in Oxford. This role would suit a candidate with strong market research and project management experience with confident stakeholder liaison skills. Survey experience would also be highly advantageous.

In this role, you will be responsible for key customer relationships and project fulfilment across the Service Delivery Team.

Please note that this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Project Manager Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

Maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring their expectations are being met
Reviewing the financial performance of each project to facilitate the company's charitable objectives
Managing interactions with sub-contractors and monitoring project KPI's
Attending conferences and exhibitions with the aim to promote the company and increase visibility
Developing new approaches and means to increase company performance
Presenting data and findings to customers
Taking responsibility for the successful retention of customers

Project Manager Experience

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will adopt a 'hands-on' role. With excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, you will work well under pressure and efficiently to tight deadlines.

Previous project management experience will be essential, as well as experience managing and developing client relationships and writing proposals, tenders and quotations.

You will be degree educated and will come with a high level of competency across the Microsoft Office Suite.

Project Manager Rewards

Location

The offices are within a 15-minute walk of Oxford City Centre (OX2), with onsite parking. Our client offers complete flexibility with working from home whether that be all the time, hybrid or office based - however you must be willing to visit the Oxford office when required.

Staff generally work 37.5 hours per week, with the core hours being 9.30am-4.30pm.
