Job description

We're looking for talented Project Managers to join our client.

They want to recruit managers with a demonstrable background in project management from a food manufacturing background.

The Role:
The Project Manager role is home-based. Reporting to the Director, you will be primarily accountable for delivering world-leading production facilities and processes for top food manufacturers within the UK and global markets. Driving manufacturing excellence.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

* Steering multi-disciplinary teams of professionals in project delivery

* Liaising with client management and work teams

* Undertaking technical governance

* Managing testing timelines, budgets, and standards throughout the project lifecycle

The Candidate:
The ideal person for this Project Manager role will have relevant background in project management from a food manufacturing background.

You'll also need a background in production improvements, new product delivery, new market capacity, or completely new manufacturing facilities from greenfield projects.

In addition, you'll need the following:

* Outstanding project management capabilities (i.E., risk management, status reporting, budget tracking, benefits analysis, stakeholder management and communication, resource management)

* Excellent operation/engineering or related track record preferably in a food manufacturing environment

* Proven communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to listen, and convey complex issues concisely and accurately and build effective working relationships

* Excellent analytical skills: the ability to assess problems thoroughly and drive logical conclusions

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

* Energetic and passionate

* Knowledgeable of AutoCAD to a good standard

* Knowledgeable of the Microsoft office suite (use of MS projects an advantage)

* Able to travel the majority of your time

The Package:
Basic salary: £30,000 - £65,000 per annum DOE
Bonus: An extra bonus is also available if the company hits certain targets - full details of the scheme will be revealed on the application
Location: Fully remote working
