Lincoln Science and Innovation Park (LSIP) is a joint venture between Lincolnshire Co-op and the University of Lincoln developing a home for innovation, research, and new business development in the City of Lincoln.

An opportunity has developed for a Project Manager to take an instrumental role in managing the delivery of the Lincoln Grow-on-Space Project which is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The aim of the project is to expand small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's) through the operation of a new 10,000sqft Grow-on-Space building and the delivery of a project supporting expanding small firms. In this role, you will responsible for the day-to-day project management of the Project through its life cycle, focusing on ensuring that the agreed objectives, outputs, outcomes and activity remains compliant with the requirements of the ERDF regulations.

As Project manager, the post holder will co-ordinate the project team whilst overseeing and managing all aspects of the project including; partners and contractors, finances and budgets, documentation and information as well as output management. You will be responsible for establishing management systems and processes to ensure regulation compliance, and the delivery of business support activities to support existing firms in our workspace that are considering expansion. Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate for this role will educated to a degree level (or equivalent) or have a track record of appropriate successful achievements in delivering similar activities, alongside a proven background in Project Management. Ideally, you will have a relevant qualification in or experience of operational management, an understanding of the business support sector and/or experience in regulatory environments.

We're looking for a strong communicator with effective networking and partnership skills, someone who can engage, address, and influence a wide range of colleagues and customers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate personal resilience, critical thinking, and the ability to work on their own initiative with the determination and drive to achieve the best possible results in their role. You will be computer literate and proficient in the use of standard software packages including Microsoft Office.
