We are looking for a Property Lawyer at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation
What you'll be doing:In this role you will provide efficient and effective estate management, give technical expertise and support to surveyors and support staff and assist the Head of Property and Estates with strategy and recommendations.
You'll have:We're looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion in all you do and our feminist principles.An ideal candidate for the role will also have/ be:
- Practising solicitor with in-depth knowledge of professional specialist area and appropriate experience to work autonomously.
- Management & organisational skills and experience.
- Effective communicator.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and experience.
- Adaptable, flexible, able to deal with a wide range of conflicting needs and demands
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to work within Oxfam's values
- Strong team working skills
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fully delegated capacity
