Now they are looking to bring in an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who is keen to progress and develop their experience and career.

In this role you will be office based near Eckington and covering the South Yorkshire region on a range of housing developments. You will be involved in the entire process from pre-contract to post contract stages. Managing subcontractors, dealing with pre contract enquiries, bill of quantities, liaison with architects, dealing with the tender process through to managing variations, monthly valuations and reports through to ensuring all cost analysis and reports are completed throughout the process. You will have good QS experience with some civils and groundworks background.
