Quantity Surveyor\/Estimator 3 month + contract

Your new company
A very well-established Civil Engineering Construction company, delivering a wide range of services across multiple sectors. Their core business sits within groundwork, highways infrastructure and utilities.

Your new role
They are looking for a Quantity surveyor with estimating knowledge to join the team covering existing water frameworks and be responsible for carrying out the below

* Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
* Identifying and weighing up commercial risk
* Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payment

What you'll need to succeed
The role holder should have experience of working on water frameworks and in a similar role. You will be self-sufficient, strong commercial attitude and excellent communication skills. The role will initially be for 3 months, but may be extended depending upon workload and future commitments from the client.
