Job description

We would love you to join us if you have the skills and attributes, we are looking for as a member of our Reception Team.

The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
Able to remain calm under pressure and multi-task where necessary.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing phone cover for the main reception desk
Dealing with any general enquiries relating to park issues (i.e. maintenance etc.)
Ensuring the Reception area always remains tidy and presentable
Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative items such as post, filing, photocopying, typing etc.
Ensure all bookings are entered accurately on ParkVu System and file all bookings and correspondence appropriately
Cash handling for reception and end of day reconciliation/ Bank/secure all monies and cash up tills at the end of the day
Checking in customers, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and courteously
Hand out keys and if purchased, club membership to privately owned static holiday rentals.
Taking bookings and payments for holidays, activities and entertainment
Prepare arrival packs and check-in / check-out of holidaymakers
Log any lost property
Ensure brochure and marketing material display and distribution, respond promptly to brochure requests from customers and to sell¿ the park/facilities
Assist the Customer Experience Manager and /or Administration Manager in their duties and carry out any other reasonable duties as required and directed by Management.

This is a full time -37.5 hours a week- contract, working 5 days a week.
The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays as cover.
