Working within our Talent Acquisition Team, you will provide first class administrative support to our team of recruiters located across Europe. Our Recruiting Coordinators deliver analytical and specialized administrative support to recruiters. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a fast paced environment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, present a professional image, and maintain confidentiality is required.
As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will be an instrumental part of our 50+ EMEA based Talent Acquisition team and your role will involve the following;
* Responsible for creating a positive candidate experience for all applicants (Internal and External) via timely and professional candidate engagement
* Responsible for following process guidelines, including the Recruiting Coordination Process Document, properly leveraging and updating icims, background verification process, and other compliance related process improvements as implemented

Demonstrate a team first attitude and approach to all coordination efforts via professionalism, flexibility, ability to scale, and positive approach in partnership with all peers, internal customers and the leadership team
* May handle special projects and execute research and data analysis tasks
* Communicate with both internal and external personnel as required
