Our Government client is looking for a Resourcing Support Manager with a proven track record of working within a busy team.

The post holder will be working in a fast paced and varied role working in the Resourcing & Skills Team reporting directly to the Head of People. The team is responsible for all Resourcing and Recruitment for ESMCP and the full employee life cycle. You will be responsible for providing Resourcing Support for the programme along with 3 other Executive Officers. Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Management of the team inbox, allocating and responding to emails as appropriate
Support the resourcing team with onboarding and offboarding members of staff
Support with resourcing and recruitment campaigns where necessary
Provide support to the Head of People in carrying out their duties

You will have the following skills:

- Competent in the use of IT (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to construct grammatically correct, clear emails, meeting notes and draft simple reports
- Proven track record of working within a busy team and in challenging situations
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Previous experience of working in a Resourcing Team would be desirable
- Excellent administrative skills

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 17:30 with an hour for lunch. 37 hours per week.
Hybrid working due to covid 19, likely to be 3 days in the office in Central London and the rest of the week from home. Role duration is 6 months.
Pay - £14.84 per hour

Appointment will be subject to a successful SC security vetting.

You will need to have a valid Passport, Right to work documentation, 2 proofs of address, proof of NI and ideally have been living in the UK for the last 5 years.
