Our goal is to retain, engage, connect and sell to our Corporate customers.What you will be doingAs a Corporate Relationship Executive, you will be taking the first step on Worldpay from FIS journey of Relationship Management. You will drive merchant advocacy and customer engagement within our Mid-Markey customer by acquiring, retaining and growing customer portfolio's. This role is a blend of sales and retention, the most successful in Relationship Execs will be able to balance their time and turn retention conversations into sales conversations by tying customers into long term deals through the selling of new products and services.You will act as a main point of contact to a portfolio of circa 300 accounts.Protect and grow net revenue within your portfolio through customer retention and cross sell activity.Reduce attrition and limit giveaway when a review is undertaken.Ensure contracts are in place and up to date to drive customer retention.Increase product penetration and achieve cross sell targetWhat you bring:Experience in a telephony-based customer contact position.You'll be confident influencing and negotiating with customers when advising them about our products and services.This is a target-based role. It'll require you to be well organised, self-motivated and tenacious.
