To learn more about how we protect and/or process personal information, please visit the WFS Privacy Center at: LOCATION: Watson Fuels, Callow Park, BrinkworthReporting to the Sales Development Manager, the Senior Fuelcard Team Leader will be responsible for motivating and supporting a team of Fuelcard sales negotiators to deliver set sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Motivate and support your team to deliver set sales targetsEnsure KPI's are achieved by your team (calls, litres, margins, duration, sales)Lead by example on achieving all KPI's expected by yourself & team membersAble to identify training/coaching requirements and provide ongoing coaching and training for ongoing staff members.Proactively keep updated on team's performance (Daily Tracker, Salescreen etc.)Motivate your team and share best practiceAble to put forward ideas for continuous improvementManage individual Fuelcard accounts and when possible, explore opportunities to obtain new business in line with the strategy of the business.Provide timely designated reports and information as required.Maintain appropriate level of product and system expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service and systemsWork with the Fuelcard Administration Team Leader to ensure processes are followed to ISN and customer expectationsBe flexible to the demands and needs of the role as per business requirements.Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the WFL UK Ltd business.Embrace a health and safety focused culture.PERSON SPECIFICATION (BACKGROUND AND SKILLS):Essential SkillsNew business development experience. Ideally gained selling into Commercial and Industrial Customer base.Previous supervisory experience of a sales team.Key account management experienceFull UK driving licenseStrong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a team and independentlyHave a successful track record in a competitive sales environmentBe experienced in building relationships to secure repeat businessHave the ability to work using your own initiativeHave the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers.An ability to drive business forward.Desired SkillsBackground in Fuel sales or specialty fuel sales or alternative fuels.
