We need people to join the Product team who can develop new ideas, deliver outcomes, and help define go-to-market positioning.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Scrum Master to join our R&D function to support delivery of complex software projects, overseeing the work of 2-3 squads who will be operating using the latest Agile methodology and practices.You will be embedded into various multi-disciplinary teams, containing Product Owners, Designers, Front and Back End Developers and QA. It is your role to maximise the sustainable productivity of these teams, tackling complex delivery issues and blockers and coaching the team to become as self-sufficient as possible.ResponsibilitiesOwn the SDLC as well as the constant evolution and refinement of thisLead the team in using scrum practices and facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Stand-ups etc.)Resolve issues and blockers, both internal to the squad and external dependenciesNurture and increase predictability by identifying risks, supporting estimation, producing forecasts and delivery against themPromote sustainability, ensuring stable productivity during periods of change and increasing efficiency within the teamsCoaching R&D staff on delivery best practice, particularly supporting our Product Managers with delivery aligned to our RoadmapsEncourage and display open communication, promoting visibility and transparency across R&D including with senior stakeholders.Skills and experienceExcellent Communication Skills3+ years experience in Agile Software DeliveryStrong Coaching SkillsGood conflict and issue resolutionFamiliarity with Atlassian suiteAt Brandwatch, we offer flexible and remote working, a competitive benefits package, an extensive people development program, including LinkedIn Learning for every employee and in-house courses such as our Brandwatch Leadership Development program, and community-focused groups, such as our Diversity & Inclusion and Green committees.Working at Brandwatch: Our values are about being authentic, bold, and creative.
