Job description

Security Analyst

This role has responsibility for monitoring, reporting, analysing and providing guidance on best practice for our Clients internal security systems, solutions and programs.

Acting as a key player you will work to deliver Security Strategy and maintain Information Security Management Systems, in alignment with ISO 27001. In this role, you will be responsible for day to day activities surrounding security activities.

For this role you must hold or be prepared to undergo Security Clearance.

" Responsibilities
o Conducting security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis
o Analysing security breaches to identify the root cause; including investigation, response, and reporting
o Undertaking security compliance monitoring and security policy assessments/audits
o Develop, report and continuously monitor a set of KPIs that depict the state of security and drive change to improve security where opportunities have been identified
o Be key to the design and coordination of the delivery of security improvements, working in cross functional teams
o Verifying the security of third party vendors and collaborating with them to manage information security requirements and risks.
o Drive the further development and management of our security threat monitoring capabilities, working closely with our Internal IT team and Software Engineers.

" Qualifications
o 5 years IT experience
o 3+ years' experience in security to leverage the expertise
o Experienced in IT Infrastructure and End User computing technologies and/or a university degree in a relevant discipline
o Working knowledge of ISO 27001
o Working knowledge of GDPR is desirable
o Knowledge of Microsoft security suite of products and other industry equivalents

Qualifications
o 5 years IT experience
o 3+ years experience in security to leverage the expertise
o Experienced in IT Infrastructure and End User computing technologies and/or a university degree in a relevant discipline
o Working knowledge of ISO 27001
o Working knowledge of GDPR is desirable
o Knowledge of Microsoft security suite
