This team provides commercially focussed accounting advice across the entire deal continuum, from transaction origination through to post deal optimisation. Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.RESPONSIBILITIES:Help identify efficient and effective solutions to technical accounting and transaction issues and deliver these solutions to our clientsWork on a collaborative basis across our practice to support with the creation of relevant and insightful thought leadership through publications, external seminars and industry groupsBuild and maintain a network of key relationships amongst executive management at our key clients; consistently delivering excellent client serviceREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related discipline preferredCPA qualified (US CPA strongly preferred)Minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience, gained in a top tier accounting firm and/or internationally recognised investment bankExtensive US GAAP technical accounting experienceKey interest in M&A advisory; accounting and financial due diligence; purchase price allocations; bankruptcy proceedings; and M&A disputesStrong interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organizational skillsHigh proficiency in the use Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel, PowerPoint and WordVBA and Tableau knowledge beneficialTo be considered for a position at Kroll, you must formally apply careers.kroll.comKroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.
