Leading children's charity seeks fundraising expert to deliver campaigns

Are you an expert in campaign delivery of door to door, private site, street and telephone fundraising?

Have you experience working across a matrix solution of highly specialist agencies as campaign lead?

You will have established experience working for a charity or specialist dialogue agency.

You will be a fundraising expert who has demonstrable experience managing the operational delivery of dialogue campaigns working with internal and agency stakeholders to delivery end to end campaign management.

The market is changing rapidly. You will be keen to learn evolve each campaign, embracing innovation.

About the Team

The Committed Giving Team forms part of Public Fundraising within the Fundraising Directorate

You will report to the Senior Committed Giving Manager - Dialogue and work with the support of an executive

Our client has a dedicated Training and Quality Manager supported by an executive. You will partner with them to ensure the very highest standards of great governance.

About You

The successful candidate will have established experience of delivering end to end door, private site, street and telephone fundraising campaigns.

You will love working in partnership with great suppliers.

You will be adept at campaign management, prioritization of tasks with a keen eye on time management.

You'll be keen to share your experience and knowledge nurturing junior members of staff (although not directly managing).

You will be a team player, working across the organisation with key stakeholders including Comms, the support care team, database team and critically the training and quality control team ensuring that they deliver great campaigning, a superlative experience for supporters and manage Brand risk.
