Job description

An exciting Senior Individual Giving Manager position where you will take responsibility for growing their supporter base through the testing and development of new channels and ways of engagement.

Working for this amazing children's health charity, the role of Senior Individual Giving Manager will take the lead of a small but driven fundraising team that is targeted with raising over £1.5m worth of income this year. You will achieve this through recruiting new donor as well as building relationships with their existing donors, developing new campaigns to ensure lifetime engagement with them. This is a fairly hands on role that will see you not only be responsible for the team strategy but also manage the end-to-end process of your own campaigns. It is an exciting time to join this team as they focus on growth with the launch of a major appeal across all areas of fundraising, this will see you having to worth across the department with other income streams to ensure everyone is in agreement and making the most of opportunities that are presented.

Experience:
* You will have experience gained from a Direct Marketing/Individual Giving position within fundraising.
* Experience of managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to post campaign analysis.
* A large part of this role is managing a team so having line management experience is key.
* Experience with using a fundraising database, being able to segment data for campaigns.
