Job description
PwC is looking for a Senior Manager level candidate to join the Content and Thought Leadership team. This role will be responsible for the development, planning and production of stand out thought leadership content.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Working with senior stakeholders and marketing teams, running workshops and interviewing subject matter experts to develop high level messaging, campaign narratives and content plans.
- Creating and editing written content for target audiences - including flagship reports and major content components within high profile marketing campaigns.
- Coming up with creative ideas to tell our stories and inform audiences about the full breadth of our capabilities through multiple channels.
- Working with brand, design, video and studio teams to ensure high quality multimedia content across campaigns.
- Working with campaign teams and external agencies to ensure content is a key part of campaign activity and targets relevant audiences in a measurable way.
- Proactively seek fresh insights and inspiration to improve the targeting, quality and effectiveness of our content.
- Taking responsibility for delivery and evaluation of the ROI of content as part of the wider marketing mix.
- Helping to train team members and the wider marketing function to constantly improve the quality of our content.

We are looking for a candidate who can lead conversations and drive the creative process, bringing the best out of teams and drawing inspiring ideas and fresh thinking out of subject matter experts.
The role will report into the Head of Content and Thought Leadership, but will be expected to take the lead on running the content elements of major campaigns, as well as deputising for the Head of Content and Thought Leadership at strategy and planning meetings with marketing leadership.
*The candidate can be based anywhere nationally but there will be some travel within the UK.
