We are currently hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant position to lead our Industrial division at our Walsall office!

*About Us*

We are Titan, an expanding Recruitment Agency based in the Midlands. We recruit for Industrial, Technical and Transport positions all throughout the midlands.

* To date, we have helped over 500 local companies source candidates with an average of 100 per week.

*The Role*

* £25,000-£30,000 per annum as well as commission and bonus schemes.
* Manage the team of Industrial Consultants.
* Responsible for new business development, being innovative in generating clients and candidates.
* Maximising business opportunities.
* Create and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
* Responsible for KPI setting.
* Reporting directly to Branch Manager.

*We Need*

* A passionate and driven individual.
* Someone aspirational with the drive to progress to a Divisional Manager position.
* Commitment and dedication to us, our clients and candidates.
* Reliability, somebody we can count on and that is able to support their team.
* Experience in a similar sector is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
* A full UK driving licence with means of transport.
