What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

You'll be at the centre of the action on a daily basis
Involved in planning and organising how your team process the stock for your department
Actively involved in site specific KPI projects and wider continuous improvement projects
Utilise your leadership skills to inspire, coach and develop your diverse team to reach their full potential
Bring your retail, manufacturing, call centre, production or hospitality experience into our Retail Distribution environment

What you'll need

The ability to be a brilliant team leader and communicator with a natural ability to get people engaged and motivated
A track record of spotting and developing talent - and your ability to get the best out of everyone
You'll also need to be a confident problem solver
It's a fast-paced environment so you need to be able to think on your feet and multitask
You'll also have the ability to interpret data - and to use it to improve the business
