Support AdvisorAn opportunity has arisen to work with our fantastic Locksmith Support Team.Do you want to be part of a team who offer First Class service to our Locksmiths and National Corporate and Private Customer base?Do you enjoy working at a fast pace and have a flair for attention to detail?If you want to be part of fun, hardworking team this could be the job for you!We are looking for a Locksmith Support AdvisorThe hours are 40 per week over 5 days Monday - Saturday (Saturday on Rota basis) between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pmTo provide an excellent support service to our Mobile Locksmith Team and Customers ensuring that all calls are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner to enable to smooth and seamless service. Working alongside our scheduling team, you will be responsible for supporting with the optimisation of our Locksmiths workload. You will need to be self-motivated, with the ability to make quick decisions, upsell and work well under pressure.Your Responsibilities will be..Making and Receiving telephone calls / emails from Customers and LocksmithsLogging all jobs and liaising with Locksmiths and other workshopsConversionsJob completions, this will include closing jobs with locksmiths and customers, updating portals and chasing of paymentsDo you have these skills..Excellent telephone mannerKnowledge of Windows 10 Microsoft Word, Excel and InternetGreat communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with great attention to detail and strong decision making skillsAble to use own initiative in solving problemsAbundance of common senseAbility to show empathy - our customers rely on us as the 4th emergency service!Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing Department needs.Monthly Bonus OpportunityLPTIMP21
