Sense Otterhayes is a cluster on supported living services (5 properties) and one residential care home (for 5 people). The services have access to a poly tunnel for people to grow their own fruit and vegetable. There is an art room and a small studio. This is really fantastic time to join Sense Otterhayes - as we move forward with an ambitious plan to bring about major changes - we want to modernise this newly acquired service.

Your required skills and experiences:
Caring/Support Worker experience in a personal / voluntary / professional capacity.
Be able to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of those you are working with. Where necessary develop new skills to enable communication through sign and symbols.
Experience of working independently as well as in a team setting.
Willing and able to accompany/participate in leisure activities of the person's choice.
