Support Worker


***£300 welcome bonus for joining the company***

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.


You'll be working full time hours, across a mixed shift pattern working days, evenings, nights and weekends support our team at our Devon Lodge site in Hedge End, Southampton.


Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge.


We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person's specific needs.
