Summary
Job Title: Supported Living Team Leader / Supervisor
Location: Thanet
Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour plus on call allowances
Hours: Full time 37.5 per week (4 days will be on shift and 1 day will be office based)

You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to lead by example and supervise support staff, whilst ensuring the highest quality of care is provided and have the best time supporting people in the heart of your local community.

Working closely with the Supported Living Manager, you will:

Assist in conducting team meetings.
Produce rota's for all of your colleagues.
Report any incidents, accidents or risks which may affect safety.
Ensure all care plans and documentation is up to date and correct as per GDPR.

All we need from you is:

A current NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
A full clean driving licence,
A positive and energetic attitude
The ability to work well under pressure.
