This is great opportunity for you to join our Care and Support department to ensure the delivery, management, and development of high-quality person-centred support to customers and facilities management pertaining to the building in accordance with contract specifications, relevant procedures and statutory obligations, enabling individuals to sustain tenancies by promoting independence, freedom and choice.
Day to day, you'll be leading a team of Scheme Management staff, Project Workers, Support Officers and Intensive Housing Management Officer's to manage the delivery of care, support and safeguarding to our customers in addition to ensuring the provision of a safe and secure environment that enables personal growth and change.
As part of the role, you will get be involved in some exiting projects to drive the team and organisation forward.
More about the role:
· Monitor and manage team caseloads, ensuring support is delivered against Independent Living plans, group work programmes and within Group Policies and Procedures.
· Monitor and report concerns regarding safeguarding issues or significant changes in the health and social circumstances of a customer in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
· To line manage and support a team of employees, volunteers and student placements, specifically in the areas of

*Performance Management
· Develop and maintain an understanding of the needs of customers and of the operating environment, keeping abreast of developments in legislation and best practice standards in order to contribute to the development of the Care & Support strategy. To assist in the review of policies and procedures accordingly.

· Excellent communication and management skills
· A good understanding of child protection
· Willingness to learn new skills and adjust accordingly
· A good understanding of English and Maths
· Hold a current full UK driving license and have access to own transport
