Currently one of the biggest data consultancy tech companies. They have a dynamic team environment with plenty of room for progression. Over the pandemic, they grew exponentially and are looking for an in-house recruitment partner to assist in the growth of the company. They work across large clients like Coca Cola, Nando's, M&S and some hyper growth start-ups, providing the best in data consultants.

Your new role
You'll join as a key part of the operation, taking on the demand for their none stop hiring approach. They're looking for someone to start handling their on boarding, agency relationships, and CV applications growing into a full 360 recruitment role. You'll be recruiting the data team from architects to engineers, analysts to data managers

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of the data and tech market is preferred and direct agency applications with experience in these markets are welcomed. You'll have the ability to manage high demand, have a proactive search process and be looking to grow within the role.
