Title: Advanced Rehabilitation Support Worker (ARSW)
Band: 4
Base: Newham University Hospital
We are looking for a self -motivated and enthusiastic individual, to join our well- established and highly respected team, as an important part of that team.
As an Advanced Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical assistance and support to the team of qualified occupational therapists and physiotherapists for carrying out activities of daily living, exercise programmes and issuing relevant equipment, ensuring the highest standard of patient care. You will lead a group of band 3 RSWs in areas such as timetabling,. You will also be the first point of contact to assess routine patients and progress some elements of their treatment planning. You will order simply equipment.
You will work on the Inpatient team at Newham University Hospital.

We are looking for a committed person with excellent communication skills, who has previous experience in the health or social care setting
