An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Catering Manager at our client's London Wetland Centre.

Catering ManagerBarnes, South West London37.5 hours per week, 5 days from 741,522 per annum

Our client the UK's leading wetland charity has ten visitor centres nationally and a global reach in influencing wetland creation and conservation projects.

Their London Wetland Centre welcomes over 180,000 visitors annually and many frequent the various onsite catering facilities. In addition to these fast-paced catering outlets their London Wetland centre has a dedicated functions business including corporate hospitality, high-profile events and weddings.

They are looking for a passionate and engaging individual to grow the catering department. You will ensure a constant drive for results through a positive, dedicated approach to change, working directly with the Catering team to develop and maintain a customer focused offer to maximise on opportunities and deliver on targets.

You must have strong financial acumen and be able to demonstrate a keen understanding of P&L accounts and the ability to interrogate financial information, identify trends and affect change. You will have a clear understanding of health and safety systems and high level of food safety standards and knowledge.

Experience of running functions would be helpful.
