Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire, challenge and motivate colleagues and students. Outstanding classroom management. Highly organized. Able to work effectively and sensitively with families to support pupils in school. Good literacy and fluent spoken English.

Working as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous.Job Description: As a Teaching assistant, you will be expected to: Teach small groups of students. Provide 1:1 support when necessary. Encourage students' inclusion in the class. Attending and participating in open evenings. Monitor and record student progress.
