Job description

Based in the heart of London in our newly refurbished offices, you'll work within the Data team, supporting the Performance Marketing team with data analysis.

You'll be joining a company where data really is at the heart of everything we do. Not just any company though - Huel are one of the fastest-growing food brands in the UK right now.

At Huel, we want to understand the reasons behind why things are happening, putting nothing down to chance. You'll get stuck into analysing marketing performance across all our paid and non-paid channels, getting head-deep in analytics, reporting, creative analysis, measurement and attribution!

SQL and Tableau are the tools that you'll use to make these complex data sets easy to understand. You'll need to be a great communicator, and be able to build good working relationships as you'll be presenting back your findings.

You'll be surrounded by a supportive group, that are extremely passionate about Performance Marketing, Data, and supporting the global growth of Huel.

What you will be doing

Marketing analysis - Drawing on a variety of data sources and tools to deliver a holistic, accurate view of performance
Data-driven approach - Working with the data team on skill development and how the performance insight impacts business-wide analytics
Commercial - Identifying what areas of the global marketing mix we can push to drive new customer growth
Measurement - Support campaign managers in setting up measurement/tracking for their new campaigns
Attribution - Understanding the relationship between marketing activity and direct/organic sales
Creative - Identifying what creatives are performing strongly cross channel and what elements within the creative are driving results.
Agency Management - establish strong relationships with third party agencies and suppliers
Ownership - Proactively bringing new ideas to the table relating to business questions, analytics approaches and datasets, and ways of working

What we are looking for

Experience using SQL and Tableau (or another BI tool)
Got experience using Python too? Even better.
1-3 years work experience as a marketing analyst for an agency, ad-tech, or high-growth business
2:1 or above Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably in a numerical/science subject (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics
Quick to learn and develop new skills
Basic knowledge of at least one paid digital channel for direct response
Strong analytical skills
Passion for food and nutrition
Second to none communication skills and attention to detail
A driven self-starter who can also work well as part of a team
