Job description
Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an M&E Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to join our Facilities Management team working on our local government contract covering 100+ sites across Westminster City Council. This is a mobile permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday from 08.00 to 17.00.
The role:
To supervise staff and contractors to ensure that the Electrical elements of the contract are delivered
To oversee and manage PPM and Reactive maintenance duties to assets across the Westminster City Council contract
To ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards and that all statutory legislation is complied with.
KPI monitoring and input into the CAFM system
To ensure all Health & Safety, COSHH and permit to work systems are adhered to at all times.
Working 40 hours per week from (Apply online only), Monday to Friday, plus participation in the on call rota and out of hours activity
The person:
An appropriate academic or vocational qualification relevant to the building services environment
Experience within maintenance/hard services of the FM business
Excellent IT skills with experience in the use of CAFM systems (knowledge of Maximo is essential), and Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise workload
Good communication skills together with a first-class customer service ethic
Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to use initiative and judgement to solve problems
