Join a prominent education and training organisation at their London base in a permanent part time Accounts Payable Officer role.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role will be to ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments.

This will include:

* Processing invoices
* Monthly purchase ledger reconciliations
* Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
* Maintaining financial database
* Assist in year-end
* Covering other financial duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

* Part qualification
* Experience in managing complex invoicing and reconciliations
* Strong numeracy skills, able to analyse and reconcile data and accounts accurately
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong time management skills able meet deadlines
