Application Support Analyst | London | \u00A350,000 | 12 Month FTC

Hays Technology is looking for a Application Support Analyst to be first point of contact to the business to enable efficient and effective restoration of incidents and requests for service.

What you will be doing:
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing first line support to multiple teams across multiple locations, not restricted to IT, with a specialisation in application software and hardware. Including initial assessment, prioritisation, triage and resolution of incidents and requests regarding the use of Business Application Software products and\/or user technology components.

Who you will be working for:
This role is situated within an independent buy-side asset manager who have been in operation for over 30 years and currently manage over \u00A3130 billion for their clients globally. They have noticed a requirement for assistance in their Business\/Application Support team.

What we are looking for:

* 3 years experience supporting Business Applications within the Financial Services
* Industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in querying data and establishing data anomalies
* Understanding of investment management processes, terminology, systems and related instruments.
* Proven interest in Technology
* Installation and configuration of PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Phones, Printers
* ITIL Foundation v3 qualified (desirable)
