Business Change Manager APMG certified Multi-site Return to Office

Up to \u00A3500 per day (Outside IR35)
3 Months

My client is an instantly recognisable, highly impressive and forward-thinking business, who urgently require a Business Change Manager that has worked in a large, multi-site environment and has exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.

This is a short-term role to plug a gap in the existing team structure, and will play a key role in the Return to Office strategy for the Business and for it's people. This is a very people-focused project. The role will support the re-opening of offices and buildings as the company goes through a phased approach to coming back to the office across their multiple UK sites. Some travel will be required to be onsite (more so at the start), so flexibility is important for this role.

Key Requirements:

* Demonstrable Business Change Management experience
* Previous experience in a large, multi-site organisation
* High volumes of Change experience
* APMG Change Management qualification
* Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills
* Ability to execute engagement strategies
* Experience of carrying our large scale Business Engagement exercises
* Proven ability to take people on a Change curve
* Ability to understand psychology and emotion of change
* Immediate availability

Nice to have

* Property \/ Facilities \/ Real Estate \/ Office Refurbishment experience
* Previous experience of overseeing a Return to Office strategy
