Change Analyst London Up to \u00A345,000 per annum

The organisation
I am currently working with a FTSE 250 leading business-to-business media group focused on international finance, metals and commodities sectors. A leading provider of economic and investment research and runs extensive portfolio of conferences, seminars and training courses for the financial and commodities markets. The client has historically acquired a number of businesses and operated in an entrepreneurial manner with limited focus on aligning finance systems or processes across the group. Consequently, a number of different systems and business processes have been adopted for invoicing, billing, calculation of recognised and deferred revenue, accounts receivable, credit management, banking, inter-company, currency, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger operations and reporting. The complex technical and process landscape has resulted in a large number of interfaces between systems.

The role
This role is required as part of the Global Finance Transformation Programme (GFTP) portfolio that is expanding to include projects such as NetSuite, meaning the Change Lead requires additional analytical support. You will ensure that change is fit for purpose and the transition of changes into the business is smooth. You will be involved in Change Impact Assessment, Testing, Training, Communications, business readiness and offering support across the portfolio and facilitating between the business and the change project team.

* Working with the Programme team to ensure the timelines and establishing milestones
* Analyse and understand their Change requirements and develop effective Change Impact Assessment under the Change Lead's guidance
* Provide change expertise within project teams to ensure suitable Change in line with Change and Comms strategy
* Ensure projects complying with overall Programme governance standards
* Attending post implementation reviews, investigating issues arising out of change implementation
* Delivering of the GFTP Communications activities
* Assisting with the timely, transparent and accurate reporting to the Governance Boards, and key stakeholders

Skills & Experience

* Experience delivering broad finance change programmes
* Global change implementation experience (Specific finance transformation experience)
* Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions implementation
* Ability to work in fast paced environments with a solid understanding of change management principles
* Strong organisation and scheduling of training and testing activities
* Analytical capabilities, highly organised and excellent relationship management skills
* Proven ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across and number of business functions
* Proven track record of supporting change management throughout technology, process re-engineering and continuous improvement
