Hays Healthcare are working with a private Urgent Care service, to help provide them with Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENP's) to work in one of their several Urgent Care Centres based within the London area.

Your role will involve general triage, dealing with patients face to face, and working together with other clinicians to provide the best possible clinical assistance.

Your new role:
In your new role, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality urgent care based in Urgent Care Centres within London. In your role of ENP, you will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of the patient. To undertake consultations with patients as a practitioner using own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.

Some of your duties will include:

* Undertaking consultations with patients taking a comprehensive patient history and carrying out physical examination using your expert knowledge and clinical judgement to identify the potential diagnosis.
* Triaging the acuity of patients
* Assess, diagnose, and manage urgent injuries and illnesses that need immediate attention
* Refer patients for investigations when necessary and appropriate

What you need to be successful:

* The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in front line\/urgent care environment;
* A current and unrestricted NMC registration;
* A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP);
* To have been a continuous resident in the UK for at least 36 months
