Founding Engineer Full-time and fully-remote
\u00A3100k - 120k plus between 1-15% equity, plus up to 200% bonus

About Us
Green field,
Our product allows users to start a trackable chain-reaction of giving by inviting friends and family to donate. Users can see their friends donate in real time and in turn are rewarded with match-funding, multiplying the impact of their donation.

We recently launched our beta version, securing 4 paying customers. By using our product, our charity partners raised over \u00A3200,000 with \u00A30 spent on marketing. We're excited to help charities raise more while spending less.

You will

* Collaborate with the CEO and our other founding engineers day to day
* Conceptualize, design, and build complex systems and own parts of our product and infrastructure
* Interact closely with our users, gain insight into their biggest pain points and think of creative ways to solve their problems
* Play a critical role in shaping our engineering and wider company culture
* Help make us an exceptional place to work

We're always open to trying new technologies, but currently, we are using:

* Go - We don't require any commercial experience using Golang, Any OOP background is fine
* JavaScript + React
* AWS Lambdas
* Terraform

You should apply if:

* You are an experienced engineer with 4+ years in commercial roles, ideally with knowledge of Go or React
* You are entrepreneurially minded and care about working on small projects with a big impact. Ideally, you'll have started your own company before

* You showcase your work and take real pride in every step of the project but also believe that \"done is better than perfect\" and have good intuition around which corners are okay to cut and which aren't
* You are a bigger-picture thinker and are confident to contribute your ideas on new technologies, solutions and company vision
