You will be working for a global recruitment agency based in Central London.
Your New Role
The Head of Digital role is responsible for building, implementing and managing the digital marketing and automation strategy for UK & I. The role will cover all digital channels, platforms, tools and presences, including systems, tools, apps, websites, digital products and digital advertising (such as pay per click and paid social). A key focus will be to deliver an engaging customer centric digital experience, that drives acquisition, engagement, conversion and grow customer loyalty. You will be responsible for managing the strategic operation and innovation of UK & I websites, marketing automation programmes, digital products, loyalty programmes and services to support UK&I business growth. Under your direction, the digital marketing team should be able to produce clear and concise reports with thought out conclusions and recommendations and be able to present these to stakeholders to drive channel optimisation and improve engagement and conversion. You will work to ensure that the digital team is positioned as an authority with the business and a key partner for discussions. The team consists of online and web, front-end developers, data and business intelligence and eCRM.
What You Need To Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following competencies:
* BA university degree or equivalent.
* Strong experience in marketing automation, lead generation programmes using tools like Salesforce Marketing cloud, intercom or other equivalent.
* Expert knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data management systems such as Tealium
* Experience in loyalty programmes strategy creation and implementation
* Strong knowledge in multi-channel managements, preferably with ecommerce experience
* Expert knowledge in SEO and leverage SEO to improve web products commercial performance. Skilled in analytics and reporting e.g. SEO tools, Google search console and Premium Google Analytics
* Good understanding of web technology, such as word press, HTML, CSS
* Good understanding of technology which enables you to be the conduit of IT and marketing. Such as IT development cycle, agile methodology, basic knowledge in server and domain management
* Strong communication skills
* Expert on UX best practice and A\/B testing methodology. experience in Optimizely, Hotjar is desirable
* Strong paid media experience, this include PPC, paid ads and paid social. Expert knowledge in Google ad words and Facebook Ad manager etc
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Enjoy working under pressure and delivering in a fast-paced commercial environment
* Strong leadership skillsets and day to day team management experience is a must
* Strong project management skills
* Strong product development and management experience
