HRBP - Investment Banking - Permanent

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen working with a multinational Investment Bank based in Central London. In this role, you'll be working in stunning Central London offices alongside HRBP colleagues.

Your new role
In your new HRBP role you'll act as the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across three business areas, focused predominantly on UK markets. You'll work with HRBPs to deliver on wide-ranging operational duties; act as the first point of contact for various ER isses; collaborate on project work and work to optimise processes.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have demonstrable experience delivering a high-quality HR service in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you'll have experience working in Financial Services and have secured \/ be working towards your CIPD.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive \u00A345,000-\u00A350,000 salary (depending on experience), plus a discretionary bonus of c. 10-15%.
