Your new role
In your new role, you'll be working to plan, coordinate and implement new functionality and modules on company HRIS (SuccessFactors).

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need in-depth knowledge of HCM SuccessFactors suite, ideally Recruitment, Recruitment Markets, Onboarding and Performance & Goals. You'll be analytically minded, with strong organisational and time management skills. Ideally you'll be degree educated.
