IT Technical Service Delivery Manager - Wealth Management

Hays Technology is looking for an IT Technical Service Delivery Manager to help our client define, develop, improve and control IT technology process efficiencies and support business operations. This is a role to provide long term value to stakeholders and add significant value adds to the wider business.

What you will be doing:

* Be responsible for problem solving and curiosity to the root cause of any problems.
* Coordinating support teams across IT Helpdesk and Desktop Support.
* Managing the relationships with stakeholders and key clients to organise, map and align processes.
* Be an integral part of managing, reporting, and communicating global teams across recruitment, mentoring, training, and performance management.
* Owner of all Incident, Service Request, Major Incident, Problem management.

What we are looking for:

* 5+ years of experience in building and leading IT Service Delivery function across Infrastructure platforms, Support Function and projects.
* A strong grounding in incident, problem management and business change.
* Experience in IT Service management and related processes across request fulfilment and change management.
* Deep understanding of ITIL principles, infrastructure technologies and vendor management.
