12 month Contract for a Procurement Operations Assistant in Global Financial Services client.

Your new company
We are working with a global leading asset management firm who are looking for a Procurement Support specifically for their Coupa system, to be based here in London.

Your new role
As the Procurement Assistant (12 month FTC), you will be supporting their P2P system (Coupa) across their EMEA & APAC region. This will involve interacting with key stakeholders across the business such as HR, finance, accounts payable, and procurement to ensure that they know how to use the system effectively. This could be via face to face interactions, webinars or WebEx conference calls. You will also be the main point of contact for any supplier escalations and ensue you maintain those supplier relationships ensuring supplier information is uploaded and maintained on the system in an accurate fashion. You will be obtaining quotes from your vendors, onboarding new suppliers, approving POs, and analysing spend reports int his key procurement role.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have experience within Coupa (or similar P2P system such as ARIBA) with experience interacting with international stakeholders on how to manage the system effectively. You will be a strong communicator to effectively engage with all and ensure the smooth roll-out of the system across a broad range of users.
