Recruitment Contracts Coordinator - Global Professional Services firm - MSP \/ RPO \/ Agency Experience
Your new company
My client a leading Global Professional Services business. They require support in one of the teams within the business that is responsible for a number of high profile global projects. In order to
deliver these they have a flexible resourcing model, where they need to identify and mobilise expert
contractors\/consultants across the global portfolio.
Your new role
To support this team my client is now seeking a coordinator \/ project manager to coordinate these processes and to further improve the experience for the contractors and overseas employees, and support the compliance with IR35, overseas tax, social security and deemed employment legislation, and our wider risk management framework.
The role will report into senior stakeholder and your daily duties will be varied. These will include but not be limited to:
* Build an understanding of the international development industry
* Support project teams in identifying project experts
* Manage the process of on-boarding contractors including liaising with the central non-payroll labour team and providing contractor\/consultant with appropriate access to systems
* Manage contract extensions, by liaising with the teams in advance of contract expiry;
* Be a contact point and liaison for contractors and overseas employees in relation to queries and processes
* Manage a live contractor\/consultant tracker
* Manage the annual review of consultants' performance and rates
* Manage the contract closure and obtain feedback from the contractor\/consultant and project
* teams on the performance\/relationship of the engagement
* Support project teams in following the IR35 and contracting process to ensure contractors are engaged on the most appropriate form of contract
* Liaise and provide information to central tax and finance teams where compliance with overseas contracting and tax requirements is required
* Support the contracting, payroll and benefits process in instances where an overseas employment structure needs to be set up;
* Ensure contractors comply with the companies risk management and compliance procedures.;
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have vast experience managing the non-payroll labour, this could have been gained in another professional services firm, MSP \/ RPO setting or agency setting. In addition you will be able to demonstrate solid project management skills and interpersonal skills. Experience in an international context would be an advantage.
