EMEA Payroll Advisor job opportunity for leading tech business in central London. Flexible working available

Your new company
You will be joining a highly established global tech business in central London. With flexible and home working on offer they also have highly attractive offices with break out areas and cafe. This is a global business with a large payroll function.

Your new role
Due to increased workload from projects going on in the team they are looking for a EMEA Payroll Manager to come on board for an initial 3 month contract with a strong opportunity to go permanent. You will report to the Global Payroll Lead and duties will include:

* EMEA payroll processing
* To be primary point of contact for employee queries in relation to designated payrolls
* Be responsible for payroll funding in each location - salaries and 3rd party payments
* Handle payroll closing activities
* Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll records
* Establish and improve existing payroll process documentation
* Audit payroll calculations and liaise with the international payroll vendors
* Take a lead role in projects to develop the payroll processes and database, identifying improvements and implementing any resultant changes
* Assist & co-operate in any internal or external audits
* Support the Global Payroll Lead in designing consistent and streamlined processes in EMEA and other regions

What you'll need to succeed
You must have 3+ years payroll experience to be considered for this role and have worked on EMEA payrolls.
