Senior Software Engineer - Charity \/ Donation Multiplication Fintech StartUp \u00A390,000 + up to 150% Bonus

We are in our 5th year and are made up of three (and growing!) products that change giving behaviour. We enable charities all over the world to raise more money and help more people, faster.

Globally, we have raised nearly $50,000,000 USD for great causes all around the world.

You will:

* Collaborate with the CEO and our other founding engineers day to day
* Conceptualise, design, and build complex systems and own parts of our product and infrastructure
* Interact closely with our users, gain insight into their biggest pain points and think of creative ways to solve their problems
* Play a critical role in shaping our engineering and wider company culture
* Help make us the best place to work

We're always open to trying new technologies, but currently, we are using:

* Go - You don't need any experience in this - any OOP language background is fine
* JavaScript \/ React
* AWS Lambdas
* Terraform

You should apply if:

* You are an experienced engineer with 4+ years in commercial roles, ideally with knowledge of Go or React
* You are entrepreneurially minded and care about working on small projects with a big impact. Ideally, you'll have started your own company before
* You believe what we believe - that tech is about making the world a great place to live for everyone, no matter their background and you find our mission inspiring
* You showcase your work and take real pride in every step of the project but also believe that \"done is better than perfect\" and have good intuition around which corners are okay to cut and which aren't
* You are a bigger-picture thinker and are confident to contribute your ideas on new technologies, solutions and company vision
