Service Desk Analyst - Up to \u00A335,000

Working for a leading Insurance business - Up to \u00A335,000

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will have a dual responsibility of 1st Line (Some 2nd Line) Support - meaning predominately phone based with some deskside visits. Supporting users across the UK offices, you will be stationed in London with some requirements to visit other regional offices. The Service Desk operate on a shift rota basis between the hours of 7:30 - 6pm, which you will be expected to work within to support business function.

The role offers a strong opportunity to set up a long term career, with scope to move into a 2nd Line or VIP Support role in future.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience:

* 2-3 years in a similar role (1st Line, some 2nd Line)
* ITIL Foundation (And experience within an ITIL environment)
* Understanding of process improvement (Through technical documentation)
* Windows 10, Active Directory, Citrix
* SCCM (Application Deployments)
* ITSM tool (ServiceNow desirable)
